Family Foundation OMEX is a real estate development, leasing & management firm. We lease ~15.000 m² of boutique office, retail, and warehouse space throughout the city of Wroclaw. We have ~150 tenants ranging from multinational corporations to micro-companies – individuals running their own businesses. We also manage ~7 hectares of development land.

We have been in business since the late 1980s, but since 2001, with an acquisition of the Legnicka 52 office building, we have focused exclusively on real estate. In 2024, our company transformed into a Family Foundation. We follow our leading guiding principle – we build, maintain, and manage our buildings as if they were our own home, paying attention to details. Boutique space, the superior quality finishes and attention to detail distinguish our buildings, whereas our quick responsiveness to any comments or suggestions from the tenants ensures a positive service.
